With Amazon Payments not allowing anyone from outside the United States to use Amazon Mechanical Turk, we have decided to build a website for international requesters to publish HIT's on Mechanical Turk.
So in the coming weeks, we are going to make this a reality. We have the Amazon Payments account, an excellent requester account and if needed a huge list of workers who have been screened to provide excellent results with a 0% chance of spammers and scammers.

We are not currently looking for requesters, but when the site becomes available, we will let you know.
